21 Day Ywca Challenge 2021 Iam Local 175 Maria chavez wilcox joined ywca in 2016 as the organization’s first latina chief executive officer. she has over thirty years of experience as a nonprofit executive, social services advocate, community leader, and philanthropist. previously, maria was president and ceo at childhaven, and spent 15 ye. As regional director of homeless services in king county, jeanice hardy oversees a wide portfolio of ywca’s housing and homelessness programs in the region, from emergency shelter to eviction prevention. with more than 25 years of experience delivering critical community services at ywca, she has helped thousands of low income women and families overcome barriers to housing stability.
