Twc more or less has to roll this out next year. their new navigator is written to run on ocap and goes hand and hand with the fcc's requirement that they stop buying new boxes with built in conditional access methods and start buying ones with cablecard slots. Twc put switched digital into place for a number of digital channels a couple months agio. that coincided with when my problems started, too. so, there's no signal problem, no cable box problem, just a jumble of digital channels that decide to switch to other programming at will depending on some mad scientists' algorithms and the moon phases.
