Yes, downloading from pnc with the express web connect (ewc ) connection method has had a problematic history for many months in that sometimes some transactions will not download. in some cases, the missing transactions will download days or weeks later but often they will never download. as you have observed, the missing transactions is a data missing issue, not an issue where transactions. Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank? it says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong. Pnc bank suddenly disconnected from quicken and i tried to reconnect it but it is not working. if anyone has any ideas, i would appreciate it. thanks.

New to quicken so this would help greatly with entering info from 2021. We have an alert because pnc bank is making some changes on their servers and they are blocking quicken in the process. this situation was already escalated and we are currently working with pnc bank to resolve this problem, so please give us some time. That is certainly odd behavior. add account for pnc bank direct connect has never taken me to pnc's website to set my accounts up my accounts for download when i have taken the advanced options > direct connect path (except when i had mistakenly clicked on the 2nd advanced options as shown in the 3rd picture in my last post). I have set up quicken direct connect with pnc bank. when i try to update it seems to start out working, connects with bank and then finishes. no error code.
