Abstract this presentation file presents a fast review for the introductory of fractals, its use in simulation and synthesis and compression. This paper introduces a novel, lossless image compression algorithm integrat ing improved fractal coding and a robust encryption method based on a new hyperchaotic system, irreg ular block permutation, and non adjacent diffusion. An image coding scheme using partitioned iterated function systems (fractal codec) is presented. it extends the usual block based algorithms with quadtree partitioning by splitting with arbitrarily shaped masks. The coding decoding system is based on the construction, for an original image to encode, of a specific image transformation a fractal code which, when iterated on any initial image , produces a sequence of images which converges to a fractal approximation of the original. In this paper, a new one dimensional chaotic system is proposed, which is called one dimensional sine fractional adjusted cosine fractional (1d sfacf). the dynamic behavior of the 1d sfacf is.
