I've been having an issue with fr24 for a while now. whenever i click on an aircraft, the site redirects me to a fake mcafee scam page. i've tried everything i could think of: antivirus scans, anti malware tools, clearing cookies, disabling all browser extensions, but nothing has worked, and no viruses or malware have been. The json file is changing very frequently. so you need to download copy the data every few seconds which give you a large amount of files and data. in addition not everything is in this data, so you might need to run a query against a different data source to get the complete information (e.g. aircrraft manufacturer, origin, destination etc.) i wanted to do something similar having a db which. Alarm and dispondency 😮 i tried to get on flughtradar24 live tracker this morning and it would not let me on ! but "hey ho", it is fine now "phew", sweating a bit there ! bill. The fr24 link does not immediately establish after reboot of pi or restart of fr24feed. it may take up to 10 minutes to establish. if ir shows failed, wait for another 5 minutes and run the "sudo fr24feed status" command again mlat never works for almost all feeders, except those who use fr24 supplied receiver.
