Ever since i updated my chrome i have no longer been able to use sites like vipleague anymore, when i want to stream a basketball game the box comes up gray, i've tried allowing cookies or disabling my adblockers or using a new account but nothing seems to work. 11 votes, 13 comments. truestreaming is downloading and yes you can get malware. it doesn't have to be in the video, it can be hidden in the web page. as a basic rule of thumb, if the website is allowing you to watch videos, for free, that you would otherwise have to pay for, you increase the risk of being hit by malware.
