If you want to publish a group of sheets to a single pdf file, you have to use "publish to page setup override." what i do is to create a blank drawing file with a unique, named, page set up that that plots to pdfs with the parameters i need.

Individual sheets will plot using the same dwg to pdf setup but only when i publish it glitches out. i cant even cancel it by right clicking. the only way to get it to stop is by trying to exit and it prompts "exiting will cancel ". Solution: follow the steps below to solve the problem: on the command line in autocad, type publishcollate and set the value to 1. in the publish window, under the "publish to:" drop down menu, choose "pdf" and then select your preferred pdf preset. That way, i don't have to switch anything but which drawing tab i want to work on, and i can choose to plot all of them, or selected ones into one pdf doc whenever i want.
