We used to be able to update via the autodesk updater. since a couple of weeks, the update fails via the autodesk updater. when we manually download the update via the autodesk website, we get the error setupres.dll is missing, cannot install update. we disabled the antivirus, and nothing improved. thank you in advance for your help.
