Not Authorised To Use Mysky App Sky Community I have just tried uninstalling skygo rebooting my phone and then reinstalling the app. now i am getting either error code 0 01 or a message saying that my device needs to be authorised! 😠😡 🤬. I've previously been able to use the my sky app fine but now everytime i try and sign in, it tells me i'm unauthorised. i'm not using a vpn and i have already uninstalled and then reinstalled the app to no avail. To get you some help with this i have escalated your post to the sky messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. I'm having the same problem. what did you unplug, the laptop, the sky box or what?. Verified account details, rebooted iphone, deleted and reinstalled apps, removed iphone from account managed devices in sky. website id.sky also fails with same message as sky go app.
