Shimano Eurobike News 2024 Velomotion The shimano slx is essentially a curado with a different color scheme and a few less bearings. functionally, they are the same and come with the same gear ratios and line capacity. as for the fuego ct, that too is a stripped down upmarket model; a tatula ct without the t wing and short a couple of handle bearings. I've noticed there has yet to be a discussion about the new shimano vanford 2024. if any of the shimano heads out there have an opinion on the upgrades that have been made to this new version, please share. additionally, what use cases would you reccomend this reel for and in what size gear ratio. I've fished for many years, exclusively with spinning gear. i've decided to get a little more serious technical about bass fishing, and want to try a bait casting setup. i recently wandered into a local shop and they had a 1 2 price deal on some duckett rods, so i went home and did some research. Shimano usually makes sure their reels from different price point have matching level of features, but imo this one is definitely eating up the market of the new scorpion dc, as well as the curado dc.

Eurobike Frankfurt 2023 Shimano 2024 News Review I've fished for many years, exclusively with spinning gear. i've decided to get a little more serious technical about bass fishing, and want to try a bait casting setup. i recently wandered into a local shop and they had a 1 2 price deal on some duckett rods, so i went home and did some research. Shimano usually makes sure their reels from different price point have matching level of features, but imo this one is definitely eating up the market of the new scorpion dc, as well as the curado dc. It's been great paired with a shimano curado 70, extremely light and plenty sensitive been doing a lot of bank fishing, lots of trees and obstacles, so have been favoring my shorter 6' imx pro which i love, but any time the longer rod makes sense, i choose the expride. as another user said, excellent t rig rod, great feel for the bottom. What would be the lowest grade shimano spinning reel you would consider? i'm not much of spinning guy, but this can become my spare or my daughter's main set up. i'm looking 2500, if that matters. I've been seriously considering getting a baitcasting outfit. i was pretty set on the shimano curado because of all of the great things i've heard about it here and elsewhere. then recently there was a thread here on the lews speed spool and some people seemed to really like it. i was still leani. Does anyone know if the frame from the curado 200 dc is identical to the 150, with just a deeper spool? or is it an overall slightly larger reel? thanks.
