Transparent Autodesk Community Gallery Anybody know a way to change the background to transparent, and then use it instead of making a new png file for every part in a model? it would be an excellent workflow for flatpatterns. This subreddit is dedicated the drawing app sketchbook. feel free to share creations and ask questions! am i crazy or does every time you export your project with a transparent background it comes out as black. is there any way to fix that or am i just stuck. hope this helps!.

When using the view>ray tracing feature i'd like to be able to save the rendered image with a transparent background. doing it through inventor studio is far too time consuming. A dwg file does not have a background stored as that is an application option and not a file option (besides of render settings). so you need to look into the viewer which shows the dwg file on your web page.
