Robert Rivas California Assembly Speaker Public Policy Institute Of I am looking for a complete upper to finish off my daughter's christmas present and have been looking at the psa sale and a bear creek upper i found on classic. price after shipping is within $20. reviews of bear creek barrels seem favorable although i found a thread about some rust on a 7.62x39 upper. the psa upper is not the ptac version as i have seen mixed reviews on those. i am hoping to. I'm debating between buying psa or aero precision parts for my first build. i like the aero precision lower features better but i like the look of the psa assembled uppers better than the aero handguards. i can build a complete psa for about $250 less than the aero price. is the aero worth the extra money? is there any reason not to go with the psa?.
New California Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas Is Sworn In Does anyone have experience with bcm's 14.5 m4 pinned barreled uppers on psa complete lowers? i am curious as to the fitment and reliability of them along with what weight buffer do you run. i just ordered a bcm barreled upper and a psa completed classic lower so i'm curious if i need to swap out the carbine buffer that comes with it to an h or h2. any help in this matter would be greatly. Since you were looking at complete rra and psa uppers i assume you are on a budget. that said, in my limited experience i have found there is no way to build an upper for less than you can buy a complete. ironically, it is the opposite with the lower, but not by much. I must be lucky because after about 3500 rounds, my $165 ptac complete upper is still shooting under 2moa. eta: the bottom of the barrel psa product has far surpassed my expectations. The 16" psa will shoot inside of 2" @ 100 meters as will the upper i built with the cmmg 9" barrel. the better mag adapter reliably holds the bolt open if you keep it lubed. it is easy to build an upper but buying the psa gave me the bolt assembly and ch for both at a bargain $269 shipped.

My 14 year old son picked one out to spend his lawn mowing money on, psa 10.5 carbine complete with bcg and came with a vortex sparc ar. had a great afternoon last weekend sighting it in and then blasting steel targets with it. ran it suppressed 100% for a couple of hundred rounds gtg. i also like the psa slim m lok rails they used for this complete upper. imo was a great value for $425 or.
