Problems With Modeling Icing With Blender Guru Donut Tutorial I am a complete beginner with blender and am following blender guru's donut tutorial. 1 i am up to the icing part of my donut but for some reason the icing layer keeps going through the donut layer, even though i followed the steps in the tutorial to fix that. I've tried to find an answer to my problem with the icing part of the famous donut tutorial, but failed completely. there are lots of people having problem with extruding to achieve the icing drops, but none that look like my problem.

Blender Guru Donut Tutorial Problem Icing Vertices Clipping Through Icing clipping through donut solutions for blender guru's donut tutorial #shorts. If i'm not mistaken this tutorial makes use of the shrink wrap modifier to coat the donut with the icing. there's an option called offset in the modifier that you can play around with if you're having clipping issues. also, if you're using the solidify modifier that may also cause the clipping. I am having a problem with blender guru's donut tutorial. when i set the solidify offset to 1 it is making the icing huge. I’m following blender guru’s tutorial, currently modelling the icing. (i hope this is the correct category) anyways, my donut now looks like this: yeah… not going so well! i tried using “g” to drag the vertices, but i kept running into problems. the white parts won’t go away… plus it looks horrible in object mode!.
