Unity will not be able to auto smooth your asset, so you'll want to likely add another smoothing function before export. this can be done with mesh > smooth. judging from your tags, you're already exporting with fbx.

I had a look at the file and the problem is that you’re using nurbs to model your objects. fbx should be able to translate the nurbs to polygonal meshes on export but this isn’t happening. Maya in some rare cases messes up the node history, which sometimes results in models not exporting correctly. fortunately you can very easily fix this by selecting edit >delete by type >non deformer history.
