Part Problem Grabcad Questions Try to resolve or make geometry better at the asterisk is been shown. if the geometry is to open or overlapping, you get surface instead of solid. the 'asterisk' is showing you where the discontinuity is. did you constrained the arc and the line exactly? for example tangent constrain. Hello ugur, same problem here in nx10 (version 10.0.3.5), i think this is a bug. if you use an active command, nx recognises the snap points (for example the midpoint). i've just checked it in nx11 and it works fine. try to upgrade your version. hope this helps!.
