Onvue System Test Not Working R Comptia I can get the pearson vue system check to work as expected on the mac, but on the windows system, after i hit launch simulation, nothing happens. i have closed every background app, disabled av and windows firewall and i still can't get it to open. It ends up locking up and i have to force shut down my mac. it did this twice. any idea what’s going on? i now have to wait until monday to speak to customer support. like i said i’m using a mac. it’s a m2 macbook air. it passed all the other system checks but it fails at receiving the test.

When launching an onvue test exam, i get trough all of the system check, but still when the test is being launched the unusual error comes up and i am being asked to return and do it again, but this also is not working, leading to the same result. Click on the relaunch button in the lower right corner. the onvue application will reopen and place you back in the proctor queue. once ready, the proctor will relaunch your exam. if your exam isn’t complete and you still have time, the proctor would likely be calling you to assist with relaunching your exam. I'm using a macbook air with macos sonoma, and after trying all recommended configurations without success, the onvue app doesn't complete system check requirements. I’m due to take an exam online later today, but i’ve been having issues getting past the system check. my internet is fine, i’ve closed everything out but i’m still getting an error saying that a virtual machine is running.
