The namco machines have their audio amplifiers and video circuitry (iirc) together on a second big pcb sandwiched under the main board, and i believe originally were just powered straight from the big power supply typical to the bottom of these cabinets. (or possibly through reg audio ii boards that had only the reg section populated. Namco wasn't selling these pcbs, so they are coming from once complete games. hidden pac is way cooler imo. i've been considering picking up one of these reunion cabs, so i just wondered why so many pcbs up for sale. i also own ms pac and galaga dedicated games. am i crazy for wanting one of the reunions?. The new version now supports cps1, cps2 and now midway h1 so if people have a killer instinct 1 2, mortal kombat 2 4, war gods or wrestlemania, they can use the namco adapter now.

Sold parts namco class of 81 logic pcb licensed! plays ms pacman galaga and hidden pacman $175 tnt amusements. All namco 2x6 units will boot the dongle first and then the dvd drive. if your system won't boot past the dongle despite it plugged in fully, then it's that altera chip on the main board (like what happened with 1iblind). either the chip is dead or there is some interference on those pins, corroded or cracked. Ok, so i've seen lots of soldering issues on the system 10, 11, and 12 pcbs with the sony chipset. i've seen rom boards that needed reflowing. i've seen caps that were damaged that caused video issues and dead board issues because the reset controller ic couldn't do its job without that cap. I am looking to sell my namco quick & crash that i bought in 2011 and has been home use only since. i’m happy to ship and or have it picked up in the louisville area. looking to get $5000 for it but i am open to serious offers. thanks!.
