The 200 men recognized at the ceremony, held at the church of st. ignatius loyola in manhattan, join approximately 100 others who will graduate from the doe fund's ready, willing & able programs in philadelphia and jersey city this year. The doe fund helps men who have either experienced homelessness or incarceration transition back to normal life.
