Mcgimpsey Associates Excel Display Picture Based On Cell Value Since pictures in xl can't be placed in a cell, but rather float on top of the sheet, and since lookup functions return values, not pictures, some vba is required to simulate looking up a picture and placing it in a cell. I'd like to be able to reference or copy the same country flag into multiple cells, so that brazil, or any other country, can appear in multiple locations. thank you for taking the time to look at this.

Now i have had another thought are you able to create two (or more) pictures that change but they would both be dependent on different cells to tell them what the picture they have to display!. I am trying to display four images (blue dot, green dot, yellow dot and red dot) and can't use the conditional formatting i don't believe. i've done an if statement that looks like this within the cell that i would like to get a return dot of the corresponding color.
