Jupyter Notebook Page Isn T Working Issue 3750 Jupyter Notebook I have tried to uninstall and reinstall jupyter and reinstall anaconda, but both two ways didn't work. i am wondering if the misconfiguration for jupyter $path should account for this bug as i have changed the path of jupyter before (but i forgot the detail). This opens the home page in my browser, as it should, but the page isn't loading my notebooks and it doesn't respond. if left alone, the page crashes after a minute.

Try manually stopping the kernel by pressing the stop button at the top. if that doesn't work, interrupt it and restart it by going to the "kernel" menu. this should disconnect it. otherwise, i would recommend closing and reopening the notebook. the problem may also be with your code.
