I’m new to julia and have been trying to figure out why julia repl won’t recognize any juliaup commands. i downloaded julia on windows through microsoft store which to my knowledge is supposed to include juliaup as well. Unfortunately i do not have sudo access on my machine, so have limited ability to change installations, but i will forward this to it to see if they can use it. We know that julia has corresponding portable version, but does juliaup also have a portable version?.
