Issues With Forearm Fk Animation Controller Doesn T Work Properly All animation controllers seems to work well besides the forearm fk animation controller which seems to be not linked to the forearm. i checked many times and can’t figure it out, will appreciate any help!. Everything seemed to be working properly (much better than my first anyway) until i noticed a potential issues with both the arms and the fingers regarding the ik fk switch i built into the clavicle control.

Issues With Forearm Fk Animation Controller Doesn T Work Properly I have my hand group constrained to the final joint in my binding arm chain, so in theory the hand should properly move along with both my ik and fk settings, unless i'm just missing something obvious. any ideas on why the hand isn't moving when the arm is in fk?. First, in pose mode, i selected the forearm bone and turned down the influence option under bone constraints > ik. doing that, the arms now were fk but the hands were weird when trying to pose. When editing an animation sequence while using fk control rig there is an option to reduce key frames. when doing this the first time, everything works correctly and my animation applies the correct reductions. Better to find the problem causing the issue in the 3d package instead of trying to solve in unity. the problem still remains if the issue is fixed in unity, after the fact.

Issues With Forearm Fk Animation Controller Doesn T Work Properly When editing an animation sequence while using fk control rig there is an option to reduce key frames. when doing this the first time, everything works correctly and my animation applies the correct reductions. Better to find the problem causing the issue in the 3d package instead of trying to solve in unity. the problem still remains if the issue is fixed in unity, after the fact. Having issues with imported rigs, i started building my own bone chains. in the first file, i made a leg, added and ik constraint to the foot, set the ik chain length and everything works fine. Imagine you place your hand on a table and don't move it. then move your body around. your forearm, upper arm and shoulder will move, but your hand won't! professional rigs are set up for animators to be able to swap between fk and ik for whatever the current action needs. hope this helps!. I’ve been messing around with the rigify rig a bit, but at some point it seems like the arms and legs are permanently stuck in ik mode, even if i change the slider. they do still snap to position though.
