Issue Using Cycles Render Engine R Blender

Render I Made Using Cycles R Blender For no obvious reason cycles rendering is not working, as you can see in the screenshot, here's what i've tried to do: check uncheck sequencer in post processing tab. In blender 4.0, you have your cpu gpu selected in user preferences, yet rendering seems to happen on the cpu. cycles load balanced between two different devices isn't the best. i'd recommend selecting only your gpu in the user preferences for the best utilizaiton of your gpu.

Cycles Render Blender I looked up the issue, enabled "cycles render integration", checked the gpu's to enable it, unchecked "filter add ons" in the tool tab, saved the file, rendered it, relaunched the program, and nothing seems to be working. I used blender 4.2 cycles render addon to write this problem because blender 4.3 no longer has the report a bug feature in its cycle addon. cycles render engine does not show settings other than the bake setting. i've tried everything to correct this, i've concluded there is a bug in cycles. I wouldn't use cycles for designing game levels, you'd need to set up lighting in the game engine in the end anyways. it's working, but cycles is slow and blender guru probably has the fastest gpu available, and he has viewport denoising on, which effectively removes the noise. In 3d viewport, everything is lined up and tracked perfectly and correctly in place in the 3d camera view, but when i render, it does this it's not rendering anything properly that is shown in the camera. I am doing a render with cycles in blender 3.6, and some frames look like a glitch with a big square of blue and black color. if someone can help me i would be very grateful. i share two pictures, one with the scene, and the other with the render of the scene.
