Pixilart Anyone Can Edit By Frostbula20 Here is a pistol many have never seen or heard of. that's why i'm sharing the information. they are the tucker and sherrard 44cal. dragoon pistols made at the lancaster pistol factory, texas 1862 1865. they are the same size and proportions as the colt 2nd model dragoon pistol. they were all. The long shot made with a henry 1860 by gus in the "lonesome dove" movie. could a 1860 henry make such a shot?. These 3 nested rs are the only markings other than proof marks on an italian zouave musket. does anyone know who this manufacturer is (was). A shoulder strap sewed to the bag portion made it easy for the soldier to carry. as one might imagine, toting hardtack crackers, corn meal, flour, salt, coffee, sugar, rice, and greasy portions of cooked pork or beef made a terrible mess inside soldiers' haversacks; and as one soldier referred to his, "odiferous.".
