Vrchat Community Editing A Texture Today Really Happy With The End So i just got vr recently and was a fan of vrchat before but now i finally want to import my own models. If it yes you have to export the fbx to the same folder where the imported file was with the texture images. you can also try creating a folder called "models" or "materials" and copy the textures there.

Help Missing Textures When Importing Models Vrchat I'm trying to upload a vrchat model i used vroid to make the model and added it to blender to convert it to be added to unity but when it's on unity there are no textures on the model they are all. Hello! i recently bought a lenovo laptop, as soon as i got it i installed steam and vrchat, but when i enter vrc some parts of the map (the black cat) are pink and i don’t see most avatars or i only see parts of avatars…. I'm pretty new to the whole concept of preparing models for vrchat upload, so i ran into this same problem earlier as well. but then i realized you can always apply the texture files in unity after. the important part is getting the model rigged in mixamo, and then you can handle the rest in unity. If there are no textures available in the image editor, then you'll have to assign textures to the materials. once they are assigned, you'll be able to select them in the image editor.

I am currently trying to make vrchat models using mmd bases. i molded a shirt to the model and added a texture but whenever i open it up in my actual model file it has no textures, it just shows up as orange. Are you making materials? this looks like a blank fbx without materials attached. you can export your textures from blender if you created them in blender or export them from whatever program you used (i prefer substance). Texture not there after uploading the model as you can see, the texture isn't uploaded with the avatar. i tried adding component (unless i'm doing it wrong) but failed. even though in the preview i can see it textured and all prntscr rff7vv. Check your model for textures, they'll just be images. change your materials to something like vrchat mobile toonlit it's what i use since it's not very affected by light, then drag each image to their corresponding material.
