Modular Terrain Ideas Hey everyone. i've recently stumbled upon some videos on modular terrain that look incredibly awesome, and was thinking of maybe trying my hand at it, howeveri just keep finding different "beginners guides" that jump right into it or don't really specify the materials used. One of the issues with modular terrain is trying to make it appear homogeneous and natural rather than a series of modules or repeated lego blocks. a good design will hopefully take that into account but then you have the issue of the medium. Let’s get started with making our basic terrain tiles from mdf board and foam, planning our modular setup, and finally, sculpting some hills. Building up layers of cardboard and covering the edges with paper or thinner card is a good way to start with terrain building and gain experience. if looking for tutorials on , then you'll be spoilt for choice.
