Complete friends from the west parts 1 & 2, after the completion of part 2, you will unlock peacekeepers quests. Giving skier 6000$ seems like kind of a shit quest to do and i am not even sure if peacekeepers quests are any good. so any opinions?. To level up pck, you need only lvl 14 and 11k usd dollars spent. also, you need to pay skier 6k usd for friends from the west part 2. you can kill 2 birds with one stone by buying 6k usd from pck and giving them to skier for the quest.
