Follow the chain of command unless the problem is your direct supervisor. if it's already been addressed with the person and it wasn't to your satisfaction then go to the next person above them. sm, dm, then either hr or rd depending if it's harassment type complaint. if you don't know the contact info call a local store and ask them for the information. The other day i just got hired to a dollar tree and my first day is monday, the manager there had told me he had worked for walmart previously (as had i) i mentioned some stuff that most people that don't work at walmart don't know and he was pretty knowledgeable, so he's been in retail for a while he's also been with the company for a while. the guy seemed a genuinely nice. Cards are one of my favorite things to buy from dollartree. hallmark has made simple cards absurdly expensive now reply reply jmejinxx •. Can you breathe and do you have a pulse? lol most just ask history availability and what position are you looking for. but some do actually go through the interview process that dollar tree has premade for store managers. i kind of follow it but i do a lite version of it. they will ask you some questions about like work problems. and what they're looking for is how you handled those issues.
