Developer Portal Issue Unable To Upload Custom App Freshworks Community After i select drag the zip file which i need to upload the save button is still grey and not enabled. need help since this is on the portal. I’ve created a custom app that i’d like to upload to freshdesk. as per the documentation, i tried accessing the developer page from the neo admin center, but i keep encountering the following error after redirection:.

To address these issues, i suggest ensuring cli is updated, checking permissions for app creation, and verifying the accuracy of the url setup for developer mode. Teams client: tested on both teams desktop app (latest) and teams web app. problem: when i try to upload my custom bot app via the developer portal, it fails. the app does not appear under installed apps in teams. even though all the admin settings are enabled, the system behaves as if custom app installation is still blocked. When a test version is promoted to live, if the oldest published version is still in use, app users can continue using it; but it would not be displayed on the manage apps > custom apps page.
