Converting Problem Autodesk Community The previous drawing that i posted was not created by an autodesk product, and i am trying to figure out how to convert it to lwpolylines without having to explode, pedit, join. I tried saving that into a zip, the zip is generated but the "conversion.txt" inside the zip contains the very same error message. i tried multiple versions of dwg trueview, to no avail. Issue: while using the "convert to solid" tool (convtosolid) in autocad, the following error message is displayed: "mesh not converted because it is not closed or it self intersects". I used different techniques to convert this model: direct convert to a face and final thicken. this was also done after creating a quad obj mesh in 3ds max to use t splines.
