Choosing Flowers Based On Symbolism Blog Universal Life Church Canada So what is the most reliable 22 lr pistol in your experience (not a revolver)? i ask because i have started shooting steel challenge in the rimfire divisions. i have a clark custom s & w model 41 that is great, but i get 2 3 malfunctions per match and it is the only thing that keeps me out. Best is relative. for most folks, a ruger mkiv lite is your "best" bet, and you can throw more money at upgrading certain parts are you go. great gun, very reliable, excellent host. price isn't a barrier "best" is going to be a nelson custom upper sitting on a high end 1911 frame.

Re: best *quality* 22lr pistol for suppression? another excellent option is a marvel conversion unit for a 1911. i purchased the enhanced accuracy version, complete with 1913 rail and threaded barrel. for a true tack driving .22, you would be hard pressed to beat it. they (unit1)are built to shoot under 1 inch at 50 yards. I've had great luck with a ruger 22 45, which has a really low failure rate, but like most .22's i've used they can't seem to make consistently reliable mags and you are really limited by ammo. A revolver. virtually all .22 pistols are blowback and subs do not have the energy to cycle an action. the only reliable pistol for subs is a revolver.

Getting ready to buy my ”last” semi auto 22 pistol, will be used as host for a can most of the time. i’ve had and modified rugers, browning’s, s&w, etc and liked them all but wasn’t ever completely satisfied. before i drop a chunk of change on the vq, is there anything else i should look at. I shoot quite a bit of 22lr. nothing fancy rifle pistol wise. a cz455, a stainless bull barreled target 10 22, a buckmark target pistol, ruger mark iv, an old marlin and an old rem target master to name a few. ive tried several diff ammo options and have found the federal auto match bulk pack. Re: most accurate .22 pistol for under 1k i have an old high standard trophy that i have yet to have a modern 22lr pistol out shoot or at best match it, and the trigger is great. its still pretty easy to find the 6" ones that give you a nice long sight radius. i know that you can still find these in great condition for well under $1k. I love all things 22lr, but really like shooting steel. agree with some posts above, any reliable 22lr pistol will work for steel challange, but better guns will result in faster times. two things make the most difference for me, a great trigger and just about zero muzzle rise. i was able to acheive this with my new cwa 2011 race gun.
