Most mods nowadays come from patreon or the creators website which are safe to download. wicked whims does use a different platform for animations. i’ve used it and it’s been fine but i always was a little weary there. I only resently started using mods and i currently only use curseforge as i know its safe. they have wonderfulwhims but i want wickedwhims where…. 27 votes, 14 comments. trueopen the zip file. drag and drop the wickedwhimsmod folder from there to documents electronic arts the sims 4 mods done. don't reorganize. don't rename. oh, and as stated on another reply, don't forget to get some animation packages. the mod itself does not include any as far as i know. those can go in the wickedwhimsmod folder or a separate wickedwhimsanimations. Any of the first 10 or so animators listed on the wickedwhims website are good, but what i recommend is just looking at the spoilers and deciding which animations you’d like to use.
